Raw Cream Soup that’s both creamy and refreshing:
Ingredients:
2 cups raw milk
1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped
2 avocados, pitted and peeled
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup fresh dill (optional)
1/4 cup fresh parsley (optional)

Preparation:
Pit and peel the avocados.
Combine raw milk, cucumber, avocados, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
If using, add fresh dill and parsley, then blend again.
Chilling:
Pour the soup into a container and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Serving:
Serve the raw cream soup cold, garnished with additional herbs if desired.
