Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
  2. Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise (if using), minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Season the pork chops. Place the pork chops on one side of the prepared baking sheet. Brush them generously with the mustard sauce.
  4. Prepare the asparagus: On the other side of the baking sheet, arrange the asparagus spears. Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 20–25 minutes, or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) and the asparagus is tender.

Air Fryer Pork and Asparagus Dinner

Ingredients:

  6. Cook the asparagus. After the pork chops are done, remove them and let them rest. Place the asparagus in the air fryer basket and cook for about 5–7 minutes, or until tender.
  7. Serve: Serve the pork chops and asparagus with lemon wedges on the side for a fresh burst of flavor.
