4-6 beef marrow bones (cut lengthwise or crosswise)
1 baguette, sliced into thin rounds

Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
Place the marrow bones on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roast the bones in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the marrow is soft and bubbling but not melted away.
While the marrow bones are roasting, brush the baguette slices with olive oil.
Toast the slices in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy.
Rub each slice with the cut side of the garlic for added flavor.
Once the marrow is roasted, use a small spoon to scoop it onto the toasted baguette slices.
Sprinkle with sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, and chopped parsley.
Serve immediately, with lemon wedges on the side for a squeeze of freshness.
