Kefir Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
1 cup kefir (plain or flavored)
1 banana, sliced
1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
Optional: 1 handful of spinach for added nutrients
Toppings:
Sliced fruits (like kiwi, mango, or more berries)
Nuts and seeds (like almonds, pumpkin seeds, or flaxseeds)
A drizzle of honey or nut butter
Steps:
Preparation:
Slice the banana and wash the berries.
In a blender, combine kefir, sliced banana, mixed berries, chia seeds, honey, and spinach (if using).
Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Pouring:
Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
Adding Toppings:
Top the smoothie with granola, sliced fruits, nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, and a drizzle of honey or nut butter.
