Maple-Glazed Salmon:

Ingredients:

4 wild salmon fillets

1/4 cup pure maple syrup

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Optional: 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes for a touch of heat

Steps:

Preparation:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).

Season the salmon:

Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.

Brush the maple glaze generously over the top of the salmon fillets.

Baking:

Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

During the last 5 minutes of baking, brush the salmon with more glaze for an extra layer of flavor.

Serving:

Serve the maple-glazed salmon with steamed vegetables, quinoa, or a fresh salad.

Enjoy your delicious and flavorful maple-glazed salmon!
