Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh thyme (or ½ teaspoon dried thyme)
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary (or ½ teaspoon dried rosemary)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Optional: 1 teaspoon paprika for extra flavor
Steps:
Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil or melted butter with minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, and paprika (if using).
Season the pork chops:
Rub the mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
Let them sit for about 10–15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Searing:
Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
Once hot, add more oil or butter if necessary, and sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side until they develop a nice golden-brown crust.
Baking:
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork chops reaches 145°F (63°C).
Remove from the oven and let the pork chops rest for about 5 minutes.
Serving:
Serve the pork chops with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
Enjoy your juicy and flavorful pasture-raised pork chops!
