Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh dill (or ½ teaspoon dried dill)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Optional: 1 teaspoon honey for a touch of sweetness
Steps:
Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil or melted butter with minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, dill, salt, pepper, and honey (if using).
Season the Salmon
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
Brush the mixture evenly over the top of the salmon fillets.
Baking:
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Serving:
Serve the salmon with a side of steamed vegetables, quinoa, or a fresh salad.
